In 2005, Sherry and Gary Metcalfe, the founders of Shred Wise, became victims of identity theft.  As a result--Shred Wise was born.  The first-hand reality of identity theft shapes the Shred Wise company culture and business model.  Gary and Sherry understand the risks, prevention and actions needed to avoid identity theft. The founders of Shred Wise “identify” with identity theft because they experienced it!  From process to prevention, Gary and Sherry understand.

Sherry Metcalfe, a former sales rep and her husband Gary, a former helicopter pilot, realized that the combination of their sales and piloting skills could help them take Shred Wise to new heights.  Both Gary and Sherry believe in Shred Wise and welcome the opportunity to help protect and serve their clients.

Shred Wise is a family business their grown son Nick is the 3rd member of the family team. Shred Wisee is locally owned and centrally operated in Orange County California near the City of Orange, Villa Park, Tustin, Anaheim, Fullerton, Irvine, Lake Forest, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, Cypress, Fullerton, Yorba Linda, Brea and other surrounding Orange County cities.  Shred Wise is licensed, bonded and insured.
